Social Media Manager
This is a full-time remote position requiring availability during U.S. Eastern Time (ET) business hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET.
Location: Fully Remote (Overseas)
Compensation: $4-$7 USD per hour, based on experience

As we continue to scale, we are expanding our digital presence and seeking a high-level Social Media Manager who understands not just content creation--but how to build, test, and grow a brand at scale.
This role is ideal for someone who combines design skills, content creativity, and social media strategy. You will be responsible for coordinating the media production team, creating engaging content and managing our social media channels to highlight our projects, culture, and expertise.
This is a fully remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Design
- Design and create high-quality social media posts, graphics, and visual content Develop engaging content that showcases projects, company culture, and industry insights
- Edit photos and short-form videos for social media platforms
- Maintain brand consistency across all social media content
Social Media Management
- Must be highly proficient in the following platforms:
- Youtube
- Tik Tok
- Plan and schedule daily posts using a content calendar
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages when appropriate under brand parameters.
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategy to improve reach and engagement Run continuous A/B testing on:
- Hooks
- Formats
- Posting times
- Messaging styles
- Analyze performance metrics (views, retention, engagement, conversion signals) Brand Growth & Strategy
- Identify opportunities to grow audience and brand visibility
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and platform updates
- Collaborate with internal team members to capture project highlights and company updates
- Recommend creative ways to showcase our work and strengthen our online presence
- Build a recognizable and differentiated presence in the construction and business space
- Identify and schedule Podcast opportunities
- Build and execute the Building Forward Podcast
Qualifications
- MUST BE EXTREMELY ORGANIZED
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand, business, or agency Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools) Experience creating engaging visual content for social platforms
- Understanding of social media strategy, engagement, and analytics Strong written communication and storytelling ability
- Highly organized and able to manage a content schedule independently Experience with scheduling tools and analytics platforms preferred
